Industry pain points and demands
The welding of lithium battery PACK segment includes the welding of positive and negative extremes, collector plate and busbar, etc. In order to ensure the overall welding quality of PACK segment, positioning and guidance must be carried out before welding. The deep view intelligent high precision laser displacement sensor SGI400 is used for ranging before welding, which can accurately position the welding height.
