In the process of power battery module line assembly, one of the important links is module Busbar welding. Multiple core-pole posts are welded in series through the busbar. In order to ensure the welding quality, positioning and guidance must be carried out before welding. Deep view intelligent high precision laser displacement sensor SGI400 is used for ranging before welding. The configuration of long range small spot can effectively obtain the height of each point.
