In the production process of automobile hub, the factory will carve one-dimensional codes representing different models on the surface of the hub, which need to be identified on the surface of the one-dimensional code, so as to facilitate the sorting and processing in the later stage. The deep-view intelligent laser displacement sensor SGI400 was used to scan the one-dimensional code of the wheel hub to obtain data, and then the corresponding information of the wheel hub was obtained by decoding according to the corresponding code table.
