3D Vision Image Sensor Technology
A new 3D visual image sensor technology, which can realize the function of 3D photography on a single chip, and can output 2D images and high-resolution 3D images at the same time. This image sensor technology does not require additional active lighting, the exposure time is controlled by the electronic shutter, high-speed video images are obtained, and the depth-of-field image is formed through autofocus processing. This 3D sensor technology is very suitable for low-cost, miniaturized vision application systems, such as mobile phones and other multimedia applications.
The system consists of two parts, a 3DCMOS image sensor and a variable-focus liquid lens. The 3DCMOS image sensor integrates a photoelectric conversion circuit, a low-noise readout circuit, a noise suppression circuit, a programmable amplifier circuit, an analog-to-digital converter circuit, Exposure control circuit, bad pixel correction circuit, color space conversion circuit, automatic white balance circuit and multimedia image signal processing circuit and other functions.
