3D Profiler Signal Conditioning

The function and structure of the 3D profiler signal conditioning circuit are analyzed, and a sine wave oscillation circuit, an AC amplifier circuit, a band-pass filter circuit, a range switching circuit, a phase-sensitive detection circuit and a low-pass filter circuit are developed. The analog-to-digital conversion circuit and the high-precision reference voltage circuit are developed. The principle of photoelectric coupling anti-interference is analyzed, and the photoelectric coupler is used to isolate the analog part and the digital part of the signal conditioning circuit.
