Job description:

1. Responsible for the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all the company's computers and peripheral hardware equipment, computer operating systems and office and application software;

2. Responsible for the maintenance of peripherals such as printers and consumables management, as well as the maintenance and management of weak current;

3. Responsible for the planning, design, management and maintenance of the company's internal network architecture;

4. Responsible for the company's ERP daily maintenance, ERP process improvement, system fault handling, etc., to ensure the safe and normal operation of the ERP system;

5. Organizing or assisting the implementation of information system projects, compiling project implementation plans, resource lists, coordinating resources from all parties, and organizing and leading corresponding teams to complete project tasks on time and with quality;

6. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by leaders;

Job Expectations:

1. Computer or related majors, full-time undergraduate degree or above, and more than two years of work experience;

2. Familiar with office computer hardware and external equipment maintenance, able to quickly find single-machine faults and propose solutions;

3. Proficient in the installation and maintenance of Windows series desktop operating systems and common office software, and be able to solve operating system-related problems in a timely manner;

4. Understand the basic theory of local area network and wide area network, be proficient in configuring enterprise-level switches, and have experience in the installation and configuration of Huawei, H3C routers or other equipment of the same level;

5. More than 1 year maintenance experience of Kingdee ERP software;

6. Have a good sense of teamwork, have a strong sense of service and communication skills, and have a strong sense of responsibility;

7. Familiar with java, net and other development languages and familiar with mainstream database operators are preferred;
